Although some might consider the dandelion as a pest in their garden, its ability to grow in tough conditions can symbolize the ability to rise above life’s difficulties. Life can present numerous challenges and might seem a bit overwhelming at times, but I believe that going through such difficulties hold the potential for tremendous growth. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where clients can feel comfortable and empowered to work through various difficulties in order to grow and possibly rediscover happiness and meaning in themselves and their lives. I have a special interest working with children but provide brief and long-term therapy to children, adolescents and adults.

“If you get a chance take it – if it changes your life, then let it. No one said it would be easy, He just promised it would be worth it”.

These words inspire me to seize the opportunities that life gives us, to enjoy them, and to view everything I do as adding colour to the kaleidoscope of life.
